Habitat for Humanity North Simcoe provides safe, affordable housing. Through the work of our affiliate, volunteers, donors and supporters, HFHNS enriches people’s lives in many amazing ways. When decent, affordable housing is made available, people are naturally healthier, happier, stronger, and more productive.

Owning a home is a life-changing experience. In a Habitat home, children are happier and do better in school. Grades go up, their health improves, and they are better able to concentrate while experiencing the joy and sense of belonging that comes with owning a home.

Parents’ lives are enhanced when they are given a hand up through their Habitat for Humanity partnership. As they learn new skills and upgrade their education, they become self-sustaining, happier, and more productive members of their community.

Applications for Habitat homes can be picked up at our Midland Habitat ReStore, all municipal offices, YMCA and the Midland and Penetanguishene Public Libraries. Upon completion they can be either dropped off at the Midland Habitat ReStore at 253 Whitfield Crescent, Midland, Ontario or mailed to P.O. Box #703, Midland, Ontario, L4R 4P4.
